Q – My insurance company told me to have my car repaired at a different shop, do I have to?
A – No, you have the right to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice to be repaired. We work with all insurance companies.

Q – Why should I choose your shop over another one?
A – Our team is honest, hard working and dedicated. Our technicians are the finest in the industry. We realize needing a repair is not convenient with your busy life. We will go above and beyond to give you a like new repair in the shortest amount of time. We will work closely with your insurance company so you don’t have to.

Q – Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
A – No, you can stop in anytime during normal business hours for a free collision estimate. You should expect to be here for 10-15 minutes.

Q – What if I need a rental car?
A – We work with several rental agencies in the area. Generally the rental company will meet you at our shop with a car. When your repairs are complete, you can leave the rental here to and be on your way.

Q – What type of training do your technicians have?
A – Our technicians are I-Car trained and ASE certified. Our estimators are licensed through New York State. Our employees keep up to date with the latest repair methods. Our refinishing team is DuPont Master Certified.

Q – What are your hours?
A – We are open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. We are closed on all major holidays.
